To whom may read this. This second time around was a whole lot better than my first experience. I called to schedule my oil change. Walked in to find out out that my GM maintenance package had changed without notice, but CSR was able to get my service covered because we were not told about it. That was superb service to find out a way to fulfill where GM had changed. I didnt get her name but she knew her stuff. Thank you. My tire rotation was actually done this time unlike my first experience at this dealership.
