My experience with Visalia Buick GMC was fine. The experience with GMC Corp was terrible. The part I needed (diagnosed by Visalia GMC on April 15, 2019) was on a "national back order". My contact with GMC Customer Support in attempt to discover when I would get my part was ridiculous. They were of absolutely no help. The told me there was a "systems issue" and therefore they couldn't say when the part would arrive. And they "Closed" my case on April 25, even though nothing had been resolved. Furthermore they refused to provide me with GMC contact info so I could take my case to a higher level.They disallowed a long term courtesy car because this was an "exhaust warranty". All this time I couldn't operate my truck do to the defective Diesel Exhaust Fluid part. My part finally arrived May 14, thirty (30) days after originally ordered. The GMC dealership did everything they could do in this ridiculous situation.
