I had noise coming from my air cond. blower. But when I took it to service, it wouldn?t make any noise. I talked with the technician about finding mice in my car, I live up in the mountains. He said that was probably the problem. I paid the service fee for him to check it out. Sure enough dead mouse. He said it appears there had been more, lots of mouse dropping. So he cleaned EVERYTHING up, then they washed the engine and my car! Best money every spent. Now I will keep traps in my car when parked on my Ranch!
I was greeted with a friendly smile and given updates of the status of my car. Also, the technician who worked on my car completed the maintenance in a timely manner. He even ensured my car was good to go by test driving it. Thank you all for great customer service!
The young lady taking care of my appointment that I scheduled was well mannered and pleasant to work with very efficient and Pleasant where I had to wait in the waiting room Time for service was right on time.
Both the service agent were very helpful and knowledgeable. However, they were not able to help me because of a back order on my part. Backorder could have taken over a month. I called a dealership in another town and they are able to fix my part ASAP.
my 2014 Acadia always gets serviced at your dealership. sometimes it drips oil after an oil change, I was told the the oil gets all over the place when It is drained. I have asked that it be cleaned so that it doesn't drip oil on my spotless garage floor...it dripped again. very frustrated
The gal at the service counter should be commended. I think her name is Lacey. Very nice, very knowledgeable, very helpful. A joy. We are self employed and truly appreciate good service. She was above and beyond yet professional.
My experience with Visalia Buick GMC was fine. The experience with GMC Corp was terrible. The part I needed (diagnosed by Visalia GMC on April 15, 2019) was on a "national back order". My contact with GMC Customer Support in attempt to discover when I would get my part was ridiculous. They were of absolutely no help. The told me there was a "systems issue" and therefore they couldn't say when the part would arrive. And they "Closed" my case on April 25, even though nothing had been resolved. Furthermore they refused to provide me with GMC contact info so I could take my case to a higher level.They disallowed a long term courtesy car because this was an "exhaust warranty". All this time I couldn't operate my truck do to the defective Diesel Exhaust Fluid part. My part finally arrived May 14, thirty (30) days after originally ordered. The GMC dealership did everything they could do in this ridiculous situation.
