The service man fixed my touchscreen immediately. Service was quick. I found a couple of places where the Butler wasn't spread out but I fixed it. No problem. Our service appt. was at 10:30; they didn’t have our battery in stock but told us they could get one there in 1 1/2 hrs, so we took their shuttle to the mall to kill some time. We returned later but the battery wasn’t there yet, so we waited. Finally got everything completed and we were out of there at 3:00, so it took longer than expected, but we were treated very courteously. We did notice we didn’t get our little red battery post cover returned, but didn’t notice it until we got home.

When I put my car in park and turn it off the car it won't turn the electric part of the car off. Alarms sound and an alert shows "Shift to park". I now have turned my car in for this to be repaired 5 times. Today 08-03-18 I was driving to Fresno and every dial went out except the gas gauge and when I turned off the car again it had the same problem plus it wouldn't start. When I called for help(because the car wouldn't start) your answering service hung up on me twice the third time I called they told me to call GMC road side service. I am going to see what a Lemon Law Lawyer has to say that can help. Not happy
