Andrew Farias, salesperson, did an outstanding job as the contact person, I give him an A+. Patrick asked Mike, big boss, about the military discount, did not know the amount of the discount we were specifically told, it was substantial and was on top of the rebate that was shown on the sticker. Upon returning the next day to purchase the vehicle, Patrick presented the rebate and the amount of military discount to be received and tried to pass over us that the military rebate was not in addition to the sticker rebate but was already included in the sticker rebate. Mike should have clarified the rebate of the subject vehicle was included in the sticker instead of telling the sales people it was in addition to the rebate on the sticker. His failure to take the time to review the sticker rebate missed lead us, was a disappointment, and Mike gave us a take-it or leave-it attitude. Finally, Sammie, the financial manager, did a poor job, which left me on giving up the deal. His slow deliberate overly-detailed presentation of add on financial options, dragged on, tried my patient, I was close to walking out on the deal. I finally insisted Sammie go directly to the benefits and bottom-line of the add-on instead of dragging me through detailed step-by-step calculation of his presentation. What is most upsetting, I did not like having to renegotiate a higher payment with the add-on, after I already agreed on payments I wanted to pay.
Salesperson Monique was amazing!!! She was super attentive and very attentive. However, the manager, Kevin, made us not want to return. We were on the market for a 2nd vehicle and decided to go somewhere else.
